On average, the adults and other people in the world are 26 pounds heavier than the normal weight people must hold according to the BMI (Body Mass Index) measurements. Adults in 1950 used to consume 7 oz of soda and 2.4 oz of french fries. With a time change, even the soda consumption has reached 42 oz in a single serving meal. More people should get small meals when they go up to order because on menus now, they make their large sodas and large fries, way bigger than they need to and if fast food restaurants make the fry container and the soda cups smaller, they are also saving money too.

This chart shows how much people get fast food. To us, it is faster to get fast food through the drive thru and it tastes better when you eat it. But people also don't realize what they are consuming and what they are putting into their bodies when they eat it. They buy it just because it tastes good, they don't care about what on the inside of it. More people should just sit down and have a family meal because of the years, it's been going down and the more people eat fast food, that fatter and unhealthier they will get and nobody really wants that.
